"I’ve been living here since November 2022 & anytime I’ve had as issue whether it’s maintenance or leasing paperwork the staff here have always been very helpful and kind! Their response time is usually no longer than 24 hours and they are always sure to let you know when things are completed. All off the leasing staff are very welcoming & will take time to address any issues or questions I have no matter how busy they are. So far I’ve been very pleased with my experience living here."

"Lived at the Reserve at Eagle Ridge for 4 years give or take. Had to move because my son started high school and it was too far away to stay. But my experience was great. Friendly staff, quiet area, park, exercise area, and pool in the complex. Plus you get a front row seat to the air show every year. Had a few issues with things breaking down but maintenance was prompt and took care of it. If you’re looking in the area, I’d recommend renting here."
